kesshite 決して けっして

Adverb (used with a negative) meaning: never, by no means, (not) at all, on no account

1. Used with negative

あなたのことは決して忘れません。

Anata no koto wa kesshite wasuremasen.

I shall never forget you.

この問題は決して難しくありません。

Kono mondai wa kesshite muzukashiku arimasen.

This problem is by no means difficult.

彼は決してそんなことをする人ではない。

Kare wa kesshite sonna koto o suru hito dewa nai.

He is the last person to do such a thing.
