Ni kakete にかけて

Adverbial phrase meaning: (extending) to/over, in the... district. 

1. After noun 

夏から秋にかけて台風がよく来ます。 

Natsu kara aki ni kakete taifuu ga yoku kimasu. 

Typhoons often come (in the period) from summer to autumn. 

週末にかけて天気がよくなるでしょう。 

Shuumatsu ni kakete tenki ga yoku naru deshou. 

The weather will probably be good over the weekend.
